Fall is here, and the many colors of autumn are beginning to emerge in full force.  To celebrate this beautiful season of harvest, Onward Healthcare is excited to announce the launch of its 2012 Traveler Photo Contest!

To enter the contest, simply take a snapshot of you visiting your favorite places near your assignment. You can be outside, at a restaurant, visiting the big city, taking a stroll on the beach — anywhere you like!  If you’re currently working anywhere in travel healthcare — from nursing to allied health, advanced practice, and beyond, we invite you to join in the fun!

How To Enter:

1. Send us a photo of yourself enjoying your travel assignment at  photos@onwardhealthcare.com — due date is by Friday, November 2, 2012. With your submission, please include your name, mailing address, profession, and the location where the photo was taken. Send as many submissions as you like!
2. Vote for your favorite submissions between Tuesday, November 6, 2012 and Tuesday, November 20, 2012. Finalists will each have their own page on our site — voting happens when someone “likes” a photo page using Facebook.
3. So long as there’s no tiebreaker runoff, we’ll announce the winner on this blog by Saturday, November 24, 2012!

The Prizes:

The Grand Prize: A $250 American Express Gift Card
Second Place: A Kindle Fire HD
Third Place: A $75 Gift Certificate To Shutterfly

Five people will also be awarded “Honorable Mentions“, and will receive either a signed copy of Epstein LaRue’s travel nursing book “Highway Hypodermics“, or a copy of “The Art Of Photography“, by Bruce Branbaum.

We want to see you enjoying your place of assignment, so please make sure you appear somewhere in each photo you submit!  You can be outside, at a restaurant, visiting the big city, taking a stroll on the beach — anywhere you like!  Most importantly, be creative, smile, and have fun!
