Status of our Current Operations

Our Corporate Office

The Corporate Offices and almost all of our staff reopened today in a temporary office location. The Wilton, CT headquarters office will remain closed until power is restored as a result of Hurricane Sandy. Our temporary, secondary site has fully functioning teams operating in the areas of compliance/credentialing, finance, and recruitment who are ready and available to service you. Our main toll-free line is fully functioning and is being answered normally at (800) 278-0332; we can direct your call as needed.

Direct line extensions, however, are not live– therefore, the best way to reach teams or individuals is via email. If you need an email address, we encourage you to call the main number (800) 278-0332, or one of our regional headquarter offices such as Deerfield (800. 561.3240) or our Solana Beach, CA office (800.595.1583), and  they will be able to provide you with any contact information you may need.

Our Livingston, NJ Office

Our Livingston office remains closed; however, the main number (866.696.8773) is being redirected so that we will be able to assist you.

All Other Offices

Our other offices are  currently back up and running and able to serve you.  Visit our Contact Us Page to reach any of these.

Reagarding Payroll

Our finance team worked diligently through the storm to ensure that each healthcare professional’s paycheck will be delivered on time. In the event that you were unable to process your time card due to the storm, please FAX to us at (855) 866-9696 at your earliest convenience so that it may be processed this week.
