Onward Healthcare is excited to announce the launch our new “Traveler of the Month” program for 2010! Each month, members of the Onward travel nurse and allied recruitment teams will select a working professional to be recognized with this honor.

We are excited to announce our first two winners for January 2010:

Kenny D., RN – ER Travel Nurse currently on assignment in Nebraska

“Kenny is on his second assignment with Onward and has been one of the best traveler’s I’ve had the pleasure of working with! He is currently working in Nebraska and the staff has nothing but great things to say about him. Every nurse that has worked with him speaks very highly of him and states that he works well will all members throughout the hospital. He never had a complaint about his assignment or Onward, and is nothing but a great traveler to work with!”

Submitted by: Erika L., Travel Nurse Recruiter

Nadine P., Physical Therapist – Travel PT currently on assignment in California

“Nadine is a remarkable PT and a dedicated employee. We are very fortunate to have her represent our company. She has been asked to return to every facility we have placed her in and rehab companies have actually opened up positions specifically for her. She is wonderful and I appreciate all of her hard work!

As a follow-up to our recent post on the Top 51 Physical Therapy websites, Onward Healthcare would like to offer additional recognition to Dr. Mike Reinold, whose blog was left off our list. Obviously this was an oversight on our part, as the respect for Dr. Reinold spans throughout the industry. Such admiration was demonstrated by his colleagues such as Dr. Jason Harris, who recognized his website’s placement on the Top 51 PT sites on his Evidence Based Rehab Blog, but also pointed out the absence of Dr. Reinold’s inclusion.

So to all of our PT audience, we would like to take the time to spotlight mikereinold.com.
